Warranty Information for Holiday Custom Pools and Spas
Owner’s Responsibilities:
Regular maintenance and upkeep of the pool, spa, and equipment are the owner’s responsibility. This warranty does not cover any items subjected to negligence, improper use, maintenance, chemical imbalance, improper operation of the system, or abuse. If service is required and it is determined that the issue is maintenance-related, the owner will be billed for the services rendered.
General Warranty Period Information
Two (2) years parts & labor.
- One (1) year parts / Two (2) years labor.
- Owner’s Responsibilities (not under warranty): Ensure freeze protection for vac-breakers in freezing conditions. Temperatures below 34 degrees inside water pipes and plumbing fixtures can cause leaks and break pipes. During freezing temperatures, run your pool equipment until the temperature is above 34 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing.
